The Launchpad: Your Workspace Home
Your reach, queue, pipeline and setup steps on one page.
The Launchpad is the first screen you see when you open SmartlyQ. It brings your reach, your publishing queue, your pipeline value and your setup steps together on one page, so you always know what is happening and what to do next.
You can return to it at any time by clicking Launchpad at the top of the left-hand menu.
When your workspace is new, the "Set up SmartlyQ" checklist walks you through the four steps that get you live: set up your business, connect a social account, create your first post and invite your team. Click Start on the first step to begin.
Each step opens the exact screen you need. As you complete them, the "0 of 4 done" counter climbs and the Launchpad fills with live numbers.
Once a channel is connected, the Launchpad fills in automatically with:
- Reach and impressions across the last 30 days
- Your next scheduled post and publishing queue
- CRM pipeline value and open deals
- Chatbot conversations, funnel leads and email open rates
- The status of your AI assistants working in the background
Use the Create post button in the top right of the Launchpad to jump straight into composing, without leaving your home screen.
