SmartlyQ Platform Overview

SmartlyQ offers a plethora of features and tools and although it is designed to be a beginner and user friendly platform, some users may feel overwhelmed at times and unable to know where to start.

In this article we will explore SmartlyQ and get an overall overview of all its features and where to find them.

On the top right corner you can find an avatar icon. When you click on it, a dropdown menu will show with various options.

You can:

• View Plans and Upgrade Your Plan
• View your History
• Access Billing Overview
• Access Account Details
• Logout

You can find and navigate to all features in the app via the main menu in the left hand side.

The first menu item is the Dashboard. The dashboard is the first thing users sees once logged in. The Dashboard provides an overview of some main statistics and metrics such as:

• How many words in total have been generated
• How many total images generated
• Howe many credits remaining in your account
• How many total hours saved from your time

The next feature is the Templates. Templates are pre-configured tools that require little to no input from the user to generate content. These templates are embedded with advanced algorithms and predefined settings that allow them to produce effective results automatically. Whether you need a blog section, a catchy title, or even a complex code explanation, these templates can handle it all.

SmartlyQ offers over 70 predefined templates (templates marked with a star icon are premium templates - only available to users with a premium account) to cater to everyone's needs.

You can additionally filter by category or simply use the search bar to find your template faster.

For premium users, SmartlyQ also offers the ability to create their own templates, so that they can tailor them to their specific needs.

AI Assistants are prebuilt tools trained with prompts and knowledge bases to help automate tasks such as content writing, customer replies, research, and more. Paid users can build their own AI assistants personalized to their business.

In the TOOLS section you can find the main features of SmartlyQ.

The Campaign Manager helps you schedule and publish content automatically to platforms like WordPress and LeadConnector. You can choose between RSS feed mode or informative article mode and customize your output with keywords, length, point of view, external links, and more.

The Article Generator allows you to create full-length blog posts using AI models such as GPT-4.1, Claude, and DeepSeek. You can also connect your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, or DeepSeek for more control and access to premium models.

The Image Generator allows you to create stuning images or Ad images for your products, using Image AI models such as Dall E, Flux, and Recraft. You can also connect your own API keys for more control and access to premium models.

The Data Analyst tab lets you upload files (PDF, DOC, TXT) to get AI-powered summaries, insights, and analysis of the contents.

The Content Rewriter tool on SmartlyQ is designed to help you transform existing content into a new format while maintaining its original meaning.

How to use the Content Rewriter.

The Smart Editor in SmartlyQ allows users to generate content efficiently by combining various templates. By using the blank canvas of teh Smart Editor, you can combine the power of all templates in one single place and flow.

In the "Documents" you can find all saved documents created via the Smart Editor. You can subsequently further edit the document(s) if desired.

In the "My Settings" expanded menu you can find the following:

• Brand voice
• My AI Model
• My Templat
• My Assistant
• My History
• Plans and Billing

The Brand Voice feature in SmartlyQ allows you to set up essential brand details to ensure a consistent tone, style, and personality across all content generated. This section helps in maintaining a unified brand identity that aligns with your company’s mission, audience, and services.

You can then choose to include the Brand voice in most Template so that they will provide results respecting your Brand Voice!

You can choose the AI models that some of the Tools will use by default. You can also add a model such as when not listed in the default models section, or the SmartlyQ provided system models.

At SmartlyQ, we empower users to create content efficiently with our suite of promptless templates. However, to enhance your content creation even further, you can add your own custom templates tailored to your specific needs.

One of the standout features of our platform is the ability to create your own AI assistants. These assistants can adopt specific personas, enabling them to respond in ways that align with particular roles or expertise. Whether you need an SEO specialist, a marketing guru, or a technical writer, personalizing your assistant ensures that you receive the most relevant and effective support for your content needs. 

In "My History", you can view all the usage history of templates for your account.

This is another way to access the Billing page of your account.

In the AUDIO section you can find the audio tools of SmartlyQ.

Write your text in any language and convert it to audio with this powerful tool!

The last section of the menu includes access to:
