Overview
Brand Voice teaches SmartlyQ how your brand sounds - its tone, style, and messaging - so everything you generate comes out on-brand automatically. Set it up once and apply it across articles, posts, and templates.
Where to find it
From the sidebar, open Create > Brands (Brand Voice).
How to set it up
- Click Add a Brand.
- Describe your brand's tone and style (for example, professional, friendly, or bold), and add any key messaging or words to use or avoid.
- Save it.
Your brand voice can then be applied to content generation so the output matches how your brand should sound.
Tips
- Create separate brand voices if you manage more than one brand or client.
- Be specific - include example phrases and words to avoid for the best match.
- Apply it everywhere - the Article Generator, Content Rewriter, and posts can all use your brand voice.
