My AI Employees: Build Custom Chat Assistants
Create AI assistants tailored to your tasks, tone and workflow.
My AI Employees are custom AI assistants for chat, tailored to your tasks, tone and workflow. Once created, they appear in the AI Employees picker so you can chat with the right one for the job. Teammates that take action on your business are hired separately on the AI Team page.
Open AI Workforce and choose My AI Employees.
Click New assistant, give it a name and description, set its tone and instructions, and save. Your new employee then shows up in the AI Employees picker wherever you chat.
Build a few focused assistants - for example one for support replies and one for ad copy - instead of one that tries to do everything. Focused instructions give sharper results.
