The Data Analyst turns your documents into instant insights. Upload a file and get AI-powered summaries, key takeaways, and answers - no spreadsheets or formulas required.
Where to find it
From the sidebar, open Create > Data Analyst.
How to use it
- Click New Analysis.
- Upload your file (such as a PDF, DOC, TXT, or CSV).
- SmartlyQ reads it and produces summaries and insights, and you can ask follow-up questions about the contents.
Each analysis is saved so you can revisit it anytime.
Tips
- Great for reports and research - drop in a long document and get the key points in seconds.
- Ask specific questions ("What are the top 3 risks?") for sharper answers.
