Agency Assets: Your Whitelabel Logos and Favicon
Upload the branding that applies to every workspace under your agency.
What Assets are
Assets is where you set the branding that applies to every workspace under your agency, wherever it is opened - including inside AI Captain, the video editor and presentations on our own domain. The app around them is branded by the address it is loaded from, so your sidebar and settings only change on your agency domain.
Where to find it
Open Platform, then under Whitelabel choose Assets.
The logos you can set
For each slot, drop an image or click to upload, or pick one with Choose from library:
- Primary logo - login screens, settings header, public pages and AI Captain, and the fallback when a theme variant is missing. Horizontal, up to about 5:1, 90px tall or an SVG, transparent, under 2 MB.
- Dark-ink logo - for light backgrounds: the light-theme sidebar, plus AI Captain, presentations and calendar on a light theme.
- Light or white logo - for dark backgrounds: the dark-theme sidebar and the always-dark video editor.
- Favicon - the browser tab icon and the square mark beside AI Captain replies. Square PNG or ICO, 32x32 or 64x64, under 2 MB.
Good to know
- If you set only the primary logo, it is used on both light and dark themes.
- Add the dark-ink and light/white variants when your logo needs different ink on light and dark backgrounds.
- These agency branding assets are separate from your workspace Media library.
